Studies at MULAG

MULAG attaches great importance to the simultaneous practice-oriented teaching of training content during a course of study. In the area of vehicle and equipment construction, we develop and manufacture a great deal ourselves, from steel construction to hydraulics and electrics to equipment software. Here you get a deep insight into the different areas of our company. In order to combine the theoretical content of a degree course with practical experience, MULAG offers you the following opportunities:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Mechanical Engineering

    In mechanical engineering studies, topics such as design automation or design management as well as process automation play a particularly important role. Events such as CIM lab/project, machine and machine tool lab, manufacturing measurement lab, etc. vividly round off the theoretical basics with practical experiments.

    Duration of training

    3 years with accompanying studies at the Cooperative State University Karlsruhe

    Requirements

    • General or subject-linked university entrance qualification (Abitur)
    • Solid knowledge of mathematics, as well as basic science subjects
    • Language skills desirable (English)

    StudiumPLUS

    Electrical engineering + information technology (B.Eng) in combination with electrician for industrial engineering (f/m/d)

    The new training-integrated dual study model Study+Training combines, within the framework of the StudiumPLUS offer of the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, a conventional Bachelor's degree with a fully-fledged vocational training of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). The combination of both educational paths offers interested career starters, through the acquired double qualification Bachelor (B.Eng or B.Sc) and skilled worker qualification, numerous advantages for the professional future.

    Duration of training

    4.5 years with accompanying studies at the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and dual training at the Gewerbeschule Offenburg

    Requirements

    • General university entrance qualification (technical high school is an advantage)
    • Solid knowledge of mathematics and basic science subjects
    • Language skills desirable (English)
    • High ability to work under pressure

  • Internships and final theses

    To gain your first professional experience or apply theoretical knowledge in practice, we offer you many interesting opportunities in our two business units Airport Apron Vehicles and Road Maintenance Equipment.

    At MULAG, you will get the opportunity to get to know important informative practical contents within the scope of an internship accompanying your training, an advantage for your further professional life and an optimal orientation opportunity.

    With a thesis supervised by us for your technician training or your studies, you have the opportunity to combine your theoretical knowledge with practical experience and success and to gain a deep insight into working for a technically advanced company.
