Theory is the basis for professional practice. Our apprentices are trained here in the various theoretical topics of industrial mechanic training, from pneumatics to CNC control technology. In group or individual work, the various topics are consolidated.

Our well-equipped PC lab in the training center offers space for up to three trainees. Here our trainees can carry out CAD/CAM training as well as programming exercises and simulations on the CNC simulation software. In addition, the trainees can use the PCs with access to the Internet for self-study research.

The training of industrial mechanics also includes learning to weld. Here, we offer our trainees three state-of-the-art welding workstations where a wide variety of welding tasks can be performed.

The workbenches in the training center can accommodate up to 12 trainees at a time. Craft work of all kinds is carried out here. The workbenches are well equipped, including vices, extensive toolboxes and digital marking tools for each workstation.

In this area, the use of drilling machines is taught. In addition to conventional drilling, thread cutting is also trained. The workstations are state-of-the-art and enable ergonomic working.

An essential part of the training is the handling of different cutting, lathing and milling machines. There are different techniques in this area, the professional application we teach here.
